Purchase Terms for The Trust Loop

Private draft dated 10 August 2026

These draft Terms explain the proposed contract for The Trust Loop. They are written for review only. A completed version must be shown before a buyer is asked to place an order.

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to the purchase of The Trust Loop from DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED.

The Trust Loop combines live services, digital materials and a future invitation to unfinished beta software. Different consumer rules can apply to those components.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory right you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Who supplies The Trust Loop

The supplier and contract counterparty is DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED.

Registry: Companies Registration Office (Ireland). Company number: 614548.

Geographic contact address: 46 St Mary’s Road, Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland.

Phone: 085 873 2726

Email: jvwithanthony@gmail.com

You can use the postal address, phone or email for purchase questions and complaints. Send support requests and electronic cancellation notices to the email address.

3. Your contract and Whop's role

You contract with DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED for The Trust Loop.

Whop provides the checkout and payment services. Whop may also handle payment-layer matters such as payment processing, certain taxes, reversals or seller-approved refunds. DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED remains responsible for the description, delivery, access, support, consumer remedies and content licence for The Trust Loop.

Product and service questions should be sent to jvwithanthony@gmail.com Payment-layer questions may also be handled through Whop.

Whop's official Buyer Terms are available at https://whop.com/buyer-terms/ Those terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to your purchase.

4. What you are buying

The approved The Trust Loop package includes:

  • Two live build sessions of 120 minutes each
  • One live completion clinic of 60 minutes
  • Recordings of the live sessions
  • A practical toolkit
  • An invitation to the Trust Loop Founding Beta within 30 calendar days after the second live build session

The live training and practical toolkit are intended to stand on their own while the Founding Beta develops.

5. Live delivery, toolkit, support and access

The two build sessions and the completion clinic are live services.

The practical toolkit is supplied digitally.

Your 36-month access begins when Whop records your payment as successfully completed. A pending, failed, reversed or abandoned payment is not a successful purchase.

Your 36 months of access covers the recordings, toolkit and Founding Beta. All three share one expiry date.

We calculate expiry by converting Whop's successful-purchase timestamp to Europe/Dublin time and adding 36 calendar months. Access expires at the same local date and time 36 calendar months later. If that calendar date does not exist, we use the final day of that month. If that local time does not exist because clocks move forward, we use the first valid time after the gap. If it occurs twice because clocks move back, we use the later occurrence.

Delivery of a recording, the toolkit or the Founding Beta after purchase does not restart or extend the term.

The same 36 months of access from purchase applies whether you pay $997 USD once or choose three monthly payments of $397 USD. Instalments do not extend, renew or restart access.

The live sessions and completion clinic take place only on their separately stated scheduled dates. The 36-month digital-access term does not promise repeat live delivery, rescheduling or attendance rights beyond the final live-session rules.

The final Terms must also state the exact dates or scheduling method, start times, time zone, delivery platform, joining instructions, rescheduling and non-attendance rules, recording and toolkit delivery timing and method, download or streaming rules, support channel, support scope and any support end date.

6. Founding Beta

Every paid buyer is due an invitation to the Trust Loop Founding Beta within 30 calendar days after the second live build session.

The beta is unfinished. It is not demonstrated or released on the training day. It may contain incomplete functions and may change during testing.

The beta invitation is a delivery commitment. It is not a promise that finished retail software, any particular unapproved function or uninterrupted third-party availability will exist.

The live training and practical toolkit do not depend on the beta.

Before beta access begins, buyers must receive a separate beta privacy and security notice covering the actual functions, providers, key handling, data use, retention, support and deletion process.

7. Fast Track services

The first five qualified buyers receive all three Fast Track services. The same five buyers receive:

  • Evidence Integrity Audit

One completed review, one fixed scorecard, up to three priority corrections and one publish, revise or do-not-publish decision.

  • Publishing Chain QA

One page-to-opt-in-to-first-message path, one fixed QA report and up to three priority fixes.

  • 30-Day Decision Clinic

One live 60-minute small-group clinic for the same five buyers, with one keep, fix or stop decision and one next test each.

Verified checkout order decides the current first-five order.

8. Price and payment choices

You may choose one payment of $997 USD.

You may instead choose three monthly payments of $397 USD, for a total contract price of $1,191 USD.

Both payment choices provide the same 36 months of access from Whop's successful-purchase timestamp. Choosing split pay does not extend, renew or restart that access.

There is no automatic renewal or extra charge after the single full payment or the third split-payment instalment.

Whop provides the checkout. Review the currency, taxes, fees and final payable total shown by Whop before you order. Whop may offer a local-currency conversion. A conversion can change.

You may see Review Mastery as a smaller secondary label in Whop. The product you are buying is The Trust Loop.

9. The fixed three-payment commitment

If you choose split pay, you commit to three monthly payments of $397 USD, for a total contract price of $1,191 USD.

The first payment is due at checkout. The remaining two payments are charged at the monthly intervals shown by Whop. The plan ends after the third payment.

The split-payment schedule does not extend, renew or restart the 36 months of access from Whop's successful-purchase timestamp.

Choosing not to attend, use or continue with the programme does not by itself cancel payments already contractually due. All three instalments remain due unless a valid statutory cancellation or remedy, applicable law, Whop's lawful payment process or our written agreement provides otherwise.

The consequences of a valid cancellation, failed payment, supplier non-performance or lack of conformity must follow applicable law and the final written Whop process.

10. Your 14-day consumer cancellation right

If you are buying as a consumer and the statutory distance-contract cancellation right applies to you, you generally have 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to cancel without giving a reason.

To cancel, send a clear statement to DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED by email to jvwithanthony@gmail.com or by post to 46 St Mary’s Road, Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to use that form.

Your cancellation is in time if you send it before the applicable 14-day period ends.

If you cancel validly, any refund and the effect on future split payments will be handled as required by law and through the approved Whop process. A refund required by law will be made within the time and by the method required by applicable law.

11. Starting services or digital supply during the cancellation period

We will not treat acceptance of these Terms as a request to begin paid services or digital services during the 14-day cancellation period.

If you separately ask us to begin a service during that period and later cancel before the service is fully performed, we may retain only a lawful amount proportionate to what was supplied before cancellation, and only where the required information and express request were properly provided and recorded.

We do not rely on any loss of the digital-content cancellation right unless you have separately given prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of that right and received durable confirmation of both.

No digital-content waiver is approved in this private draft.

12. Discretionary refunds and your statutory remedies

Except where a cancellation, refund, price reduction, termination, or other remedy is required by applicable law, or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we do not offer discretionary, goodwill, or pro-rata refunds.

This policy does not limit any statutory right or remedy.

If applicable law gives you a right to cancel, terminate, obtain a price reduction, or receive a refund because a service or digital component is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, those rights remain available.

Where the law provides, remedies for non-supply or lack of conformity can include bringing the service or digital component into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, termination or a refund.

Any refund required by law or approved by us will be processed through Whop to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the payment process.

13. Your responsibilities and OpenRouter costs

You are responsible for attending or taking part in the live sessions, making your own decisions and supplying lawful, accurate material for your work.

You must not submit material you do not have the right to use or use The Trust Loop to break a law, platform rule or another person's rights.

For the Founding Beta, you create and fund your own OpenRouter account, keep your API key confidential and pay your own usage credits.

The order page does not ask for or store your OpenRouter API key.

Do not send an API key by email or through purchase support. The separate beta notice and onboarding process must explain any later key handling before beta access.

14. Intellectual property and your personal licence

The Trust Loop training, toolkit, branding, templates and supplied materials remain the intellectual property of DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED or the relevant rights owner.

Once Whop records your successful purchase, and subject to the fixed payment obligations and your statutory rights, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the recordings, toolkit and Founding Beta during the approved 36 months of access, for your own personal or internal business implementation.

You may not resell, sublicense, share access, publish the training materials as your own, distribute copies or make the materials available to another person unless we agree in writing or applicable law allows it.

You retain ownership of material you lawfully supply and of your own original business content, subject to any third-party rights and platform terms.

15. Results and third-party services

The Trust Loop provides the stated live services, toolkit and beta invitation commitment. It does not promise a particular traffic, lead, search visibility, ranking, sale, income or speed result.

Results depend on factors including your evidence, judgement, implementation, market and third-party platforms.

Third-party services such as Whop, webinar providers, hosting services and OpenRouter have their own terms, availability and pricing. Nothing in this section removes our duty to provide The Trust Loop in conformity with the contract or limits a mandatory consumer remedy.

16. Questions and complaints

Please email jvwithanthony@gmail.com if you have a delivery, access, support, cancellation or conformity concern.

Include your name, order reference and a clear description of the issue. Do not include your payment-card details or OpenRouter API key.

We will acknowledge and handle the complaint through the approved support process.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes a mandatory consumer right or remedy.

Any exclusion or limitation in the final Terms will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

A final liability clause and any financial cap require counsel approval before publication. No unapproved liability cap is included in this draft.

18. Governing law and consumer protections

These Terms are intended to be governed by Irish law.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protection you receive under the law of the country where you habitually live.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using a court or consumer forum that mandatory law makes available to you.

19. Contract confirmation and order documents

After purchase, you must receive durable confirmation of the accepted Terms version, seller details, payment choice, delivery information, cancellation instructions, model cancellation form and any separately requested early-performance consent or acknowledgement.

Whop's Buyer Terms apply to the checkout and payment layer. These Purchase Terms apply to DIGITALLY MARKETING MENTORING LIMITED's supply of The Trust Loop. Neither document removes a mandatory statutory right.

If order information conflicts, the final approved order confirmation and mandatory law will be applied in a way that does not reduce your consumer rights.

20. Model cancellation form

You may use this form, or any other clear statement, to cancel where the statutory cancellation right applies.

  • Geographic contact address: 46 St Mary’s Road, Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland
